RESERVATION AND CANCELATION POLICIES

 

Policies of reservation

 

    A deposit of 50% of the total amount is required to secure your reservation. Once the payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation letter containing the details of your reservation. We suggest you take a moment to read the information carefully and contact us immediately reservaciones@hotelalondra.com.mx if you have questions or need to make changes. This email contains important information that will ask you to read to ensure you have a carefree stay.

    Please carefully read our cancellation policies outlined below. By confirming your reservation with your credit card, you are accepting the terms and conditions of our cancellation policies.

    The remaining balance of your room should be covered at the time of your arrival. In Hotel Alondra accept cash (in Mexican pesos, U.S. dollars) and credit card (VisayMasterCard). No checks are accepted. If you wish, you can pay your balance by bank transfer before your arrival. Please contact us to reservaciones@hotelalondra.com.mx to receive details of the bank account and the instructions for the bank transfer. These can be made up to one week before arrival. Please confirm your payment by sending a copy of your deposit slip via email.

    During the period of Christmas and New Year (December 22 to January 5), a minimum stay of 3 nights and a minimum of 3 nights during Easter and school holidays is required.

    In Hotel Alondra pets are not allowed.

    We always suggest to our guests purchase travel insurance. This is not very expensive and will save you serious inconvenience if something unexpected happens. Make sure your travel insurance to cover any cancellation of flights as well as your accommodation in case there was a hurricane in the area or any other situation where flights have to be canceled. You should also be covered in case of accident, illness, medical care or theft.

 

Cancelation Policies

 

    By confirming your reservation with your credit card, you are accepting the terms and conditions of our cancellation policies.

    Once you have made your reservation has 24 hours to deposit.

    Any cancellation made within 30 days will be given a voucher valid for four months to make valid.

    We can not make any refund in case of cancellation of your flight. For this reason we invite you to purchase travel insurance to protect you in case of cancellation of flights.

    Any changes to your reservation must be made at least 30 days prior to the date of arrival via email. Any changes will be subject to availability. We did not have availability, a credit will be issued in your favor. No credits will be granted nor any refunds for changes in your reservation reducing the number of nights, made less than 30 days to your arrival.

    No repayments were made nor any credit will be issued in the case of early departures.

    No repayments were made nor any credit will be issued due to bad weather, hurricanes, tropical storms, including any inconvenience or complication that may arise from the direct impact, or hurricane warning area. Hurricanes are unpredictable by nature. We encourage you to purchase travel insurance to protect you from these drawbacks.

    Hotel Alondra not be responsible for any extra cost, evacuation or inconvenience that may arise by a tropical storm or hurricane.

    Any credit issued in his favor shall be valid for four months from the date of cancellation. This credit may be used only for future reservations and can not be used in hotel services. This credit may be used by another person, with written permission from you.

 

Responsive Letter

 

Alondra Hotel and its employees shall not be liable for any psychological or physical harm as a result of or in connection with:

 

    Any delay or cancellation. In the event that a guest were to get sick while on vacation or if you have to terminate your stay, any medical or hospital expenses will be the responsibility of the same.

    Economic crisis, social unrest, political or labor problems, power failures due to weather, maintenance or construction difficulties, claims, losses, damages, costs, expenses, delays or dissatisfaction of any kind or nature, resulting from any event or action that is outside the reasonable scope of the hotel, including, without limitation, acts of nature (hurricanes, mudslides, earthquakes), changes or flight cancellations, strikes, labor disputes, threats or acts of terrorism, acts of war, epidemics or diseases, unexpected conditions or local laws.

    Lack of documentation, such as visa, passport or health certificate when required. Hotel Alondra not responsible for notices of requirements for travel and enter the country.

    Loss of any item that has not been deposited in the hotel safe, or loss occurring while the room is not duly locked.
